Board Member - Sharon Richford

Sharon joined the Board in 2004. Sharon is a professional in the childcare sector and currently works in a Customer Services role.  She has a particular interest in customer service and regeneration activities.  Sharon is committed to improving her skills and expertise and regularly attends training and conferences.

Sharon has obtained several Childcare qualifications including NNEB Diploma certificate and badge, SVQ2 Early Years Care and Education and SCQF Level 7 Trainer Assessor.

She has also enhanced her Customer Service skills by completing Delivering Service Excellence training.
