Fiona Dunwoodie Co-opted Member

Fiona was co-opted to the AHA board in January 2024. She has over 20 years experience working in the social care sector. She is the current CEO of Fair Deal, a social enterprise and third sector organisation providing support to adults with additional support needs across Glasgow.

Fiona has undertaken various roles over the years within the sector, starting her career as a support worker and moving through to senior operational and strategic roles in several organisations.

Fiona hopes her knowledge and experience working with marginalised groups and individuals will be a useful asset to the AHA board. She is passionate about inclusion and ensuring organisations adopt a human rights-based approach to what they do.
