How we allocate our homes

Once we receive your completed application with ID and proof of address, staff will assess your application. We may contact you to clarify information on your application form, or request further evidence, such as supporting letters. 

 We allocate our homes on a points based  system, which are awarded based on your circumstances. The higher your level of points, the higher your priority.  When we have a property available for let we will contact those who are at the top end of the list.
