Paying Your Rent
Your rent payments are due monthly on the 28th of each month. You can decide the frequency of payments. We will accept weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We offer a wide variety of payment methods for your convenience.
Ways to pay
The Allpay App is available for download on smart phones, androids or tablets. You will need your PAN/PRN (this is the long number on the front of your rent card) If you do not have a rent card please contact the office who can provide your PAN/PRN.
If you have a rent payment card you can pay at :-
• At any post office
• At any pay point
If you do not have a rent card and would like one, you can make a request to us to order you one by emailing email@example.com or by calling us on 0141 634 8016.
This service is available 24hours a day, 7 days a week. With your swipe card for your rent reference and a debit or credit card, simply log on to https://www.allpayments.net. You will need your PAN/PRN (the long number on the front of your rent card). If you do not have a rent card please contact the office who can provide your PAN/PRN.

You will be given an authorisation code as your record of payment.
This method may be most suitable for you if you have a bank account. It allows your bank to pay rent automatically to us at a frequency set by you. Direct debit also enables us to automatically adjust the payment amount at any time. This is particularly handy at rent increase time. We will always write to you in advance of changing your payment amounts. If you are interested in paying by this method, please contact the office and speak to a member of the housing team. It's quick and easy and takes only a few minutes of your time.
We are now able to accept debit/credit card payments over the telephone 9-5 Monday -Thursday and 9-4 on a Friday.
