We currently provide a factoring service to a small number of owners
• Full Ownership is where a resident has bought their home outright.
• Shared Ownership is where a resident may own either a 25%, 50% or 75% share of their home with the remaining percentage owned by the Housing Association.

These legal documents describe in detail your shared responsibilities for the general upkeep, management and maintenance of the common parts of the property, including cyclical maintenance programmes.
The aim of the Association's factoring service is to ensure that properties are properly maintained and adequately insured.
