Our aim is to respond to emergency repairs within 4 hours of them being reported. If you are reporting an emergency repair during office hours please call us on 0141 336 7111.

Right to Repair (1, 3 or 7 working days)
As a result of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001, tenants are entitled to certain specified repairs being carried out within a certain timescale, failing which the tenant is entitled to a flat rate compensation payment as detailed in the Right to Repair legislation.
