Our aim is to respond to emergency repairs within 4 hours of them being reported. If you are reporting an emergency repair during office hours please call us on 0141 634 8016.

If you are reporting an emergency repair outwith office hours please call the following numbers:

Right to Repair (1, 3 or 7 working days)

As a result of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001, tenants are entitled to certain specified repairs being carried out within a certain timescale, failing which the tenant is entitled to a flat rate compensation payment as detailed in the Right to Repair legislation.  More details of this legislation can be found in Scottish Statutory Instrument 2002/03 Number 316 – “Right to Repair”. or you can refer to our Right to Repair section.
