Board Member - John Duncan
John was co-opted to the AHA Board in January 2021. He has over 20 years’ experience of working in Social Housing. He is the Director of Property and Development at Clyde Valley Housing Association. John spent seven years at Eildon Housing Association as Director of Property Assets.
John was Regeneration Manager at GHA managing the delivery of GHA’s new-build and demolition programmes and input into the development of Glasgow’s Transformational Regeneration Areas
He was responsible for establishing factoring subsidiaries at Queens Cross HA and River Clyde Homes.
John has vast experience of serving on a Board of Management , having served on the Board at Glen Oaks HA and Craigdale HA. More recently, John became a statutory appointee to the Board of Thistle Housing Association in 2019.
