Laura is a Housing Manager with over 20 years' experience in the housing sector. Having worked in a range of housing management, customer service and tenancy support roles since 2006, she has developed extensive knowledge of tenancy management, homelessness prevention, community support and service improvement.

Throughout her career, Laura has progressed from frontline positions into a leadership role, gaining a strong understanding of the challenges facing both customers and housing providers. She has experience leading teams, managing organisational performance, developing services and working with partner agencies to improve outcomes for individuals and communities.

Laura is passionate about delivering quality, customer-focused services and believes safe, secure housing has a vital role to play in improving people's lives. She hopes her experience, practical knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement will make a positive contribution to the Board and support the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives.
