Our Director of Asset Management - Ciorsdan Wilson

Ciorsdan joined Ardenglen as Director of Asset Management in January 2026 and leads the strategic development and delivery of the organisation’s Asset Management services.

She is responsible for the maintenance, compliance, investment and improvement of Ardenglen’s homes, ensuring they are safe, sustainable and of a high quality for customers. Ciorsdan also oversees major works programmes, supports innovation in energy efficiency, and plays a key role in delivering long-term sustainability objectives - helping to ensure homes meet the needs of both current and future customers.

Ciorsdan brings extensive experience in asset management, property services and service delivery across the private and public sectors, and has worked in social housing for over a decade. A member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, she is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, supporting and developing teams, and continuously improving services to make a positive difference for people and communities across Ardenglen.
