Co-Opted Member - Erinne Bird MacKellar

Erinne joined the Board in 2025. She is a Finance Recruitment Consultant at Morgan Hunt, where she specialises in supporting and partnering with housing associations across Scotland.

Originally from a small town in the Highlands, Erinne has been involved in her community from a young age. She went on to study International Business at university in Aberdeen, spending a year in Glasgow gaining industry experience with a tech recruitment firm. After completing her degree, she returned to Glasgow to continue her career in recruitment.

As a young professional in the housing and governance space, Erinne is passionate about encouraging more people from her generation to get involved in the sector and bring fresh perspectives to the table. Through her work with Ardenglen, she’s proud to give back to the place she now calls home and support the Association’s mission of building strong and thriving communities.
