Rechargeable Repairs
Accidents do happen, but if a repair arises due to intentional damage, neglect or carelessness on your part or through the actions of other members of your household or visitors to your home, you will be re-charged for the cost of the repair.
Examples of rechargeable repairs are as follows:
• Lost keys
• Forced access
• Damage resulting from leaks from washing machine connections
• Blocked sinks, wash-hand basins and WCs
• Faulty appliances causing electricity circuit to trip
• Holes in doors
• Broken windows
• Loose or missing kitchen units or drawer fronts
• Burns to kitchen worktops
• Unapproved removal of heating or other appliances
