Other Ways To Pay Your Rent
Your rent payments are due monthly on the 28th of each month. You can decide the frequency of payments. We will accept weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We offer a wide variety of payment methods for your convenience.
Ways to pay
Available for download on smart phones / androids / tablets. You will need the 19 digit PAN/PRN number which is situated o the back of your rent card. Please contact the Association for PAN/PRN number if you do not have a rent card.
If you have a rent payment card you can pay at :-
• At any post office
• At any pay point
If you do not have a rent card and would like one you can request us to order you on nby emailing email@example.com or by calling us on 0141 634 8016.
Just call 0330 041 6497. Again this service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will need to quote the PAN/PRN on your rent payment card and have details of your credit or debit card. You will be given an authorisation code as your record of payment.
This method may be most suitable for you if you have a bank account. It allows your bank to pay rent automatically to us at a frequency set by you. Direct debit also enables us to automatically adjust the payment amount at any time. This is particularly handy at rent increase time. We will always write to you in advance of changing your payment amounts. If you are interested in paying by this method, please contact the office and speak to a member of the housing team. It's quick and easy and takes only a few minutes of your time.
We are now able to accept debit/credit card payments over the telephone 9-5 Monday -Thursday and 9-4 on a Friday.
