Our Director of Customer Services - Suzanne Casey

Suzanne joined Ardenglen in October 2005 as a housing officer before being promoted to Senior Housing Officer in 2017. Since her  recent promotion to Director of Customer Services, Suzanne has responsibility for the delivery of housing, customer services & community investment. Prior to joining Ardenglen, Suzanne began her career in housing in 2001 with Glasgow City Council followed by Glasgow Housing Association. Suzanne has a post graduate diploma in housing and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Suzanne is passionate about delivering good quality homes that are affordable & strives to continually improve the services that we deliver in order to make a positive impact on people’s lives and on the community.
